Address and troubleshoot manufacturing challenges as they arise during the shift.
Work alongside the Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality departments to resolve operational obstacles.
Assist in the integration and training of incoming staff members.
Document shift productivity and monitor key performance indicators.
Champion lean manufacturing and waste reduction efforts to improve internal processes.
Verify that all operations remain in alignment with customer specifications and internal policies.

This position is based in Comer, Georgia, operating on a 6pm to 6am 2-2-3 schedule.
