Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing leadership role, ideally within automotive or composites.
Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire production teams.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on production facility.
Comprehensive knowledge of production workflows and manufacturing systems.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing methodologies.
Strong capacity for critical thinking and decisive problem-solving.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational communication skills.
Competency in utilizing reporting software and standard computer applications.
High school diploma or GED; additional relevant certifications are an asset.
