Job summary

FITT Scientific is seeking a full-time clerk at Fort Riley, KS to compile and record production data, analyze volumes, and support quality control. Proficiency in GCSS Army is required and staff will prepare production sheets for assembly and manufacturing teams.

You will write reports, maintain files, and assist with inventory, requisitions, and payroll-related records. A high school diploma and ability to pass background checks are essential, along with US citizenship or long-term residency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• US Citizen or US permanent resident for CAC eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Compile and record production data from orders, tickets, product specs, and worker sheets.
• Maintain and update production files and create detailed production sheets for assembly teams.
• Prepare written work schedules based on guidelines and priorities.
• Compile material inventory and prepare requisitions for materials and supplies.
• Compute wage data from timecards and post payroll-related entries.
