Job summary

Triple-S Steel is seeking a Production Recorder to accurately track and label production materials throughout our manufacturing process. The role ensures precise piece counts, identifies quality concerns, and maintains production records in our system to support efficient operations.

You will enter data, print tags, and label bundles per procedures while following safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to identify quality defects and report discrepancies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required by the position.
• Working knowledge of technical software that is specific to the industry

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate piece counts of cut material and verify inventory quantities.
• Inspect material for damage, defects, or out-of-spec conditions and report quality concerns.
• Enter production data and piece count information into the computer system accurately and timely.
• Print product tags and properly label bundles according to company procedures.
• Band and paper-wrap material as needed to ensure proper packaging and protection.
• Maintain accurate production records while following all safety and quality standards.
