Job summary

Eastman Chemical Company is seeking a Production Records Specialist in Kingsport, TN. You will support data integrity across SAP and LIMS, coordinate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, QA, Tech Staff and IT to ensure on-time shipments and accurate inventory.

The role requires attention to detail, system troubleshooting, and the ability to prioritize urgent production requests. Overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; relevant manufacturing or technical experience accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accuracy of SAP production and make necessary corrections.
• Collaborate with Production Planner daily regarding schedule changes and updates.
• Perform month‑end activities.
• Conduct yearly physical inventories and reconciliations for raw and finished goods.
• Assist with MIS process improvements and data quality initiatives.
• Coordinate packaging and support material needs at month end.
