Akraya in San Diego, CA, is seeking a data engineering and analytics professional to own critical demand-side reporting pipelines and dashboards, ensuring daily reliability and performance. You will manage end-to-end production data products, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to production BI dashboards.

This hands-on role requires deep expertise in data engineering, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Strong SQL and cloud data lake/lakehouse experience.
• Proven experience maintaining production BI dashboards.
• Expertise in ETL/data pipeline tools and debugging production failures.
• Familiarity with contact center or workforce management data, including metrics such as handle rate and forecast vs. actuals.

Responsabilidades

Contract Information

Contract Type: W2

Duration: 10 Months

Location: San Diego CA (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $55.00 - $65.00 Per Hour

Job Summary

This role focuses on taking ownership of critical demand-side reporting pipelines and dashboards, ensuring their daily reliability and performance. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of production data products, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. This is a hands-on position requiring deep expertise in data engineering and analytics to maintain existing data assets.

Key Responsibilities
