Job Summary

This role focuses on transforming complex sales data into clear, actionable insights for sales teams. You will be responsible for developing end-to-end data solutions that inform strategic decisions and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate is an independent problem-solver with a knack for communicating technical findings to a business audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards.
• Enhance and manage data pipelines and sources.
• Consolidate and prepare large datasets for analysis.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to measure impact.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address business needs.

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience building data visualizations using BI tools.
• Experience using AI-enabled analytics and reporting tools
• Ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end.

Domain / Industry Experience

Experience in a sales-driven or revenue-focused industry is highly preferred, enabling a deep understanding of sales metrics and strategies.
