Job summary

Michael Foods, Inc. Wakefield division is seeking a Production Clerk to support data entry, reporting, and inventory activities. You will generate and verify reports, assist with supply orders, and process shipment documentation in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires basic computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with others in a team. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; prior experience with GMPs is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience generating and formatting reports.
• Proficient with Excel and database software; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Compile and verify data for reports.
• Generate and distribute reports.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Process paperwork for shipments (weight, orders, tanker number, shipper number, plate count).
• Handle production transactions for inventory control of raw materials and finished goods.
• Follow SOPs and GMPs; maintain sanitary conditions.
• Ensure food safety; report issues to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
