Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Basic computer operations such as word processing, Excel spreadsheets and database software used within work unit.
• Experience generating and professionally formatting reports.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Strong attention to detail and organized record keeping.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Compiles and verifies data.
• Generates and distributes reports.
• Makes recommendations on when and what new supplies should be ordered.
• Generates and processes paperwork for each shipment of product; such as weight, customer orders, tanker number, shipper number and plate count.
• Manages production transactions for inventory control of raw materials and finished goods.
• Follows proper SOPs and safety policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
