Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years in manufacturing, production support, planning, or inventory.
• Experience with part number creation, BOMs, and manufacturing product data.
• Scheduling software experience preferred (Planit, ProjectManager, SAP).
• ERP/MRP systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, build, and maintain part numbers and related product information.
• Prepare and set up new products for manufacturing.
• Create, review, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Maintain accurate production and product data within company systems.
• Assist with inventory maintenance and research inventory discrepancies.
• Support production scheduling, work orders, and production documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, and other departments to support manufacturing priorities.
• Identify data, inventory, and production issues and assist with process improvements.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and production tracking information.
