Job summary

Affordable Interior Systems Inc in Gates Crossing, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Data Specialist to own and improve ERP master data including BOMs, BOOs, and MOMs. You will ensure product data aligns with engineering specs and supports planning, purchasing, and production.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Production Planning to maintain data integrity, execute ECOs, run data audits, and document processes while advancing ERP improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience maintaining manufacturing master data in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor/Kinetic strongly preferred).
• Strong Excel skills and understanding of BOMs, BOOs, MOMs, ECOs.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update BOMs, BOOs, and MOMs within the ERP system.
• Validate manufacturing data for accuracy and compliance with engineering specs.
• Configure new products and support engineering changes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Assist with ERP system improvements, testing, and implementation of new manufacturing processes.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce data errors.
