Job summary

Capital Seaboard is seeking a Production Cutter to prepare specialty meat cuts efficiently to meet customer expectations. You will select, cut, stage, and weigh products, and transport them to packaging lines while maintaining stock and cleanliness.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 3–6 months of experience; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and follow HACCP/OSHA/GMP guidelines is essential. This is an on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Select products from pick tickets and stage for production.
• Cut product to meet customer specifications.
• Transport finished product to packaging line using carts.
• Weigh product to ensure specs compliance.
• Replenish stock as needed.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Report any damage to management immediately and follow policies.
• Follow HACCP, OSHA, and GMP guidelines.

Position Summary: As a key member of our rapidly growing organization, the Production Cutter contributes to our success by preparing specialty cuts of meat in a timely and efficient manner to meet our customer’s expectations.

What you’ll do:

• Select products from pick tickets and stage for production
• Cut product to meet customer specifications
• Transport finished product to appropriate packaging line utilizing carts
• Weigh product to ensure compliance with customer/company specifications
• Replenish stock as needed
• Maintain work area clean and orderly
• Must maintain product integrity with proper handling & report damage to management immediately
• Must follow all company policies and procedures
• Follow all federal, state and local HACCP, OSHA & GMP guidelines

About you:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-6 months experience
• Must be able to safely lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds as part of regular job duties.
