2 Towns Ciderhouse is looking for Production Crew Members who are enthusiastic about fermentation and eager to join a collaborative, energetic team in Oregon. The role offers cross-training in Shipping & Receiving, Packaging, and Cellar duties, with tasks ranging from keg washing to palletizing finished products.

The position emphasizes safety, adaptability, and strong communication within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and move 150+ lbs by hand or with a hand truck.

Responsibilities

• Assist cellar tasks including keg, tote, and tank washing and fermentation care.
• Package craft beverages with attention to detail and palletize finished products.
• Support Shipping & Receiving: load/unload freight, keep records, coordinate with logistics.
• Cross-train across essential production roles to understand full cider production workflow.
