2 Towns Ciderhouse is seeking Production Crew Members who are enthusiastic about fermentation and eager to join a collaborative, energetic team focused on craft beverage production.

You will cross-train in Shipping and Receiving, Packaging, and Cellar roles, gaining a broad understanding of operations. The position emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and move 150+ lbs by hand or with a hand truck.
• Able to drive larger vehicles (not semis).
• Schedule: Mon–Fri 7:00 am–3:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train in Shipping and Receiving, Packaging, and Cellar roles.
• Cellar tasks include washing, monitoring fermentation, and maintaining equipment.
• Package beverages with attention to detail and palletize products.
• Load/unload freight, keep records, and coordinate with logistics.

2 Towns Ciderhouse is seeking Production Crew Members who are enthusiastic about fermentation and eager to be part of a collaborative, energetic, and efficient team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to grow their knowledge in cider production while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Production Crew Members have the unique opportunity to cross-train in key positions essential to craft alcohol production, including Shipping and Receiving Assistant, Packaging Crew Member, and Cellar Crew Member. Cross-training provides a deeper understanding of 2 Towns operations and opens pathways for advancement.

• Cellar - primarily tasks involve keg, tote, and tank washing, along with other cellar responsibilities such as monitoring and preparing raw materials, maintaining accurate documentation, receiving fresh juice, overseeing fermentation, and sanitizing and maintaining equipment essential to production.
• Packaging - tasks include attention to detail while safely and effectively packaging craft alcohol beverages and palletizing finished products.
• Shipping and Receiving - tasks include loading and unloading freight and raw goods, maintaining all appropriate records, and working closely with the logistics department.

Physical Requirements

• Able to be flexible in both schedule and duties, heavy physical activity, performing regular strenuous activities, including standing, lifting, walking, climbing, reaching, carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, and other motions.
• Palletizing 35 lb+ cases of bottles and cans, moving 150 lb+ kegs and drums onto and off pallets, driving a forklift, climbing ladders, handling chemicals, and working together to meet shared goals. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and engaging.

Required Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
• Comfortable driving and able to safely drive larger vehicles (no semis)
• Able to lift 50lbs, and able to laterally move 150+lbs by hand or with a hand truck

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
