Job summary

San Miguel Corporation is seeking a Production Operator to assist the Master Operator in assembling, dismantling, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment. You will perform pre- and post-operative checks using established checklists to ensure equipment readiness and safe shutdown.

You will record machine parameters on monitoring sheets, process materials per In-Process Specifications, and conduct inventory checks of raw materials and tools around the line.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production machinery and equipment.
• Ability to follow standard work instructions and checklists.
• Basic understanding of quality and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Master Operator with assembly and dismantling of machines and equipment.
• Perform Pre-Operative and Post-Operative checks per checklist.
• Record machine and process parameters on monitoring sheets.
• Process products according to In-Process Specifications.
• Conduct inventory checks of raw materials and tools before and after operations.
• Receive, inspect, and verify materials for the production line.
• Support other production lines as needed.
• Perform tasks assigned by supervisor within your skill level.

Job description

- Assists the Master Operator in the assembly, dismantling, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of machines and equipment.

- Performs Pre-Operative and Post-Operative checks based on the established checklist to ensure readiness and proper shutdown of machines.

- Records and monitors machine standard parameters and process parameters using Production Monitoring Sheets.

- Conducts processing of products in accordance to In-Process Specifications.

- Conducts inventory checks of raw materials, tools, and loose items before and after operations.

- Receives, inspects, and verifies raw materials and operating supplies issued to the production line.

- Assists in operational activities across other production lines as required.

- Performs tasks assigned by the immediate superior in line with qualifications and skill level.
