CA Lawton in De Pere is seeking overhead crane operators to safely produce quality castings on the foundry floor, with emphasis on adhering to safety protocols and efficient workflow.

The role offers a steady schedule (Mon-Fri, 4:00 AM–2:30 PM, OT as needed), on-the-job training, benefits beginning within 60 days, and opportunities for career growth in a high-demand trade.

Qualifications

• Must have crane experience and be able to operate safely.
• Mechanically inclined with good hand-eye coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable safety record.

Responsibilities

• Operate overhead crane to move and pour parts safely and efficiently.
• Set flasks, pull and close molds, and assist with foundry processes.
• Follow established procedures and contribute to a safe production environment.

CA Lawton in De Pere is looking for overhead crane operators for our foundry. Must have prior crane operating experience!!!

What are the hours and pay?

• Monday-Friday 4:00 AM- 2:30 PM (plus OT as needed)
• Regular Pay $19-$28.00 depending on experience.

What is the job?

• The Crane Operators focuses on safely making quality parts in a timely fashion by controlling the flow on the foundry floor. This position is an integral part of the South End of the Foundry, which includes all steps of the production process through pouring castings.
• Set flasks
