Job summary

CA Lawton in De Pere is hiring overhead crane operators to safely produce quality parts on the foundry floor. You will pull molds, close molds, roll molds, and manage flow to keep production moving.

Expect Monday–Friday shifts from 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM with OT as needed. Regular pay ranges from $19 to $28 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits after 60 days and 401(k) eligibility.

Responsibilities

• The Crane Operators focus on safely making quality parts in a timely fashion by controlling the flow on the foundry floor.
• This position is an integral part of the South End of the Foundry, which includes all steps of the production process through pouring castings.
• Pull molds.
• Flow coat as needed.
• Close molds.
• Roll molds.
• Other duties as assigned.
