Job description

Jack Morton is seeking a passionate and energetic self-starter who is eager to assist in the Production of our automotive client's yearly events.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

Project Delivery

  • Own tracking reports

Client Focus/Relationship Management

  • Follow up on status reports and schedules to ensure all needs / deadlines are met
  • Proactively follow up and keep team informed with consistent, clear communication, responding in a
    timely manner

Budget Support

  • Act as a liaison with all internal parties on invoices and vendor payments and assist with project
    reconciliation
  • Effectively schedule and communicate all aspects of assigned project with meeting requests and detailed
    meeting notes
  • Work responsively and cooperatively with clients and other vendors and partners

PROJECT DETAILS

  • This is a temporary project assignment of approximately 450 total hours starting immediately and continuing through the end of September
  • Only candidates who submit hourly rate requirements will be considered.

WHAT WE REQUIRE:

  • Event coordination and hospitality experience preferred
  • Comfortable managingtravel logistics and on-site execution
  • Exceptional organizational skills – can juggle logistics, calendars, and real-time needs
  • Strong communication – both written and verbal
  • Client service mindset – professional, poised, and solution-oriented under pressure
  • In office 3 to 5 days a week in the Detroit office through project
  • Ability to travel to the event in Las Vegas (Sept 19-25)
