Job summary

Western Container Corp. in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, is seeking a Production Coordinator to help run Blow Molding and Injection operations. You will work with the Warehouse team to address shipping and logistics, monitor quality, safety, and production, and guide corrective actions daily.

The role requires leadership—coaching direct reports, fostering teamwork, and using strong communication to motivate others. Willingness to 12-hour shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; in lieu of degree, supervised manufacturing experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day blow molding and injection production; coordinate with Warehouse for shipping/logistics.
• Monitor quality, production, safety, supplies; coach and motivate the team.
• Enter production data into computer system daily.
