Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate all pre and post-install logistics of exterior home remodeling projects.
2. Recruit crew members and subcontractors for the project management team.
3. Maintain relationships with all members involved in the installation process.
4. Welcome clients to the home remodeling process.
5. Schedule clients, crew members, and vendors for installation dates.
6. Prepare pre-installation inspection forms; research and resolve delays.
7. Verify project expenses and forecasts.
8. Order materials and equipment to sites.
9. Manage vendor deliveries for timeliness and accuracy.
10. Maintain gross profit levels; alert team of discrepancies.
11. Ensure accuracy of installer compensation and navigate the company's CRM system.
12. Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 1+ years of scheduling/administrative experience.
2. Ability to use technology and apps to streamline processes.
3. Siding experience required.
4. Valid driver's license.
5. Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

1. Experience working with subcontractor networks.
2. 1+ years of exterior remodeling experience (roofing, gutters, siding, windows, doors).
