Job Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate all pre- and post-install logistics for exterior home remodeling projects.
  2. Recruit crew members and subcontractors for project management.
  3. Maintain relationships with all members involved in the installation process.
  4. Welcome clients to the home remodeling process.
  5. Schedule clients, crew members, and vendors for installation dates.
  6. Prepare pre-installation inspection forms and resolve delays in scheduling inspections.
  7. Verify project expenses and forecasts.
  8. Order materials and equipment for sites.
  9. Manage vendor deliveries for timeliness and accuracy.
  10. Ensure gross profit levels are maintained; report discrepancies to Project Manager and team.
  11. Ensure accuracy of installer compensation reports and navigate the company's CRM system for coordination.
  12. Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of scheduling or administrative experience.
  • Ability to utilize technology and apps to streamline processes.
  • Siding experience is required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with subcontractor networks.
  • At least 1 year of exposure to exterior remodeling services (roofing, gutters, siding, windows, doors).
