Job Description:

1. Coordinate all pre and post-install logistics of exterior home remodeling projects
2. Recruit crew members and subcontractors for project management
3. Maintain relationships with all members involved in the installation process
4. Welcome clients to the home remodeling process
5. Schedule clients, crew members, and vendors for installation dates
6. Prepare pre-installation inspection forms; research and resolve delays in scheduling inspections
7. Verify project expenses and forecasts
8. Order materials and equipment for sites
9. Manage vendor deliveries to ensure timeliness and accuracy
10. Maintain gross profit levels; alert Project Manager and team of discrepancies
11. Ensure accurate installer compensation and navigate the company's CRM system for smooth coordination
12. Apply critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of scheduling/administrative experience
• Ability to use the latest technology and apps to streamline processes
• Siding experience is required
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with a network of subcontractors
• Over 1 year of exposure to exterior remodeling services (roofing, gutters, siding, windows, doors)

Compensation:

• Annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $80,000
• Base salary plus bonus opportunities

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
