Module X Solutions is a rapidly growing modular manufacturing business based in Shreveport, LA. The Production Coordinator ensures accurate tickets and material transactions from release to closure, partnering with supervisors and operators to maintain up-to-date documentation and ERP visibility.

The role supports cycle counting, material timing, and cross-functional communication to sustain efficient production flow on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; technical certificate preferred.
• Experience with ERP/WMS in manufacturing and familiarity with BOMs, routings, and material issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook with high accuracy and detail.
• Ability to read production drawings, routings, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Review shop-floor scanning activity against open work tickets and resolve discrepancies.
• Verify labor and production quantities align with output before closing tickets.
• Maintain current production documentation and ERP data.
• Print/deliver tickets with drawings, BOMs, and routing prior to production start.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Receiving, Shipping, and vendors to support timely material flow.
• Support cycle counting and inventory accuracy within the department.
