Job summary

Sirius Staffing is seeking a Production Lead to oversee daily workflow on a high-volume production line, ensuring devices are configured, tested, and shipped on time while meeting strict SLA targets.

You will coordinate imaging, configuration, testing, packing, and throughput; lead the production floor and technicians; track progress in SAP/ServiceNow; and partner with warehouse, logistics and operations to implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in production, manufacturing, or fulfillment.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong workflow and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP or similar systems.
