Job summary

Teksky LLC in Waite Park, MN is seeking a Production Planning & Scheduling Coordinator to manage daily and weekly production schedules, coordinate materials and capacity, and keep manufacturing operations on track. You will enter customer orders into an ERP system, prepare and release job packages to the production floor, and adjust schedules based on material or labor shortages and capacity changes.

Requirements: 3+ years of production scheduling experience in a high-mix, low-volume

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production scheduling experience preferred.
• High-mix, low-volume manufacturing experience.
• ERP experience; JobBOSS preferred; MS Excel/Word/Outlook proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate manufacturing activities and resources.
• Enter and schedule customer orders using an ERP system.
• Prepare and release job packages to the production floor.
• Review manufacturing documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Adjust schedules based on material/labor shortages, design changes, and capacity.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Shipping, and Production.
• Monitor production to ensure on-time shipments.
• Review shop capacity and workload requirements.

• $2,000 Sign On Bonus ($1000 after 6 months and $1000 after 1 year of successful employment)
