Berendsen Fluid Power is a fluid power distributor providing Value Added services in the field of Power and Motion Control to the Industrial and Off Highway Markets . We are one of North America’s largest fluid power integrators with 42 locations in the United States and Canada. We are fully integrated with supply, design and engineering services and repair and warranty services.

Your Activities Will Include:

Exhibit competency in performing all functions involved in the planning and processing of internal work orders. The functions include:

• Performing coordination for BFP branch operations
• Prepare work order packets
• Prioritize / schedule work orders for various Tulsa Services Teams
• Closing of completed work orders
• Calculating material and labor costs for repair / service work orders

The Production Coordinator will also provide customer service for Inside / Outside Sales, and the following:

• Primary contact for updates on work order status
• Confirmation of parts availability
• Coordination of expedited work orders as requested

Additional duties include:

• Ordering miscellaneous shop supplies
• Maintaining work order and quality records

Qualifications:

The successful applicant must possess a strong work ethic, good people skills, be detail orientated and have excellent computer and data entry skills. Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and prior production / operations planning experience preferred.
