The Production Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operation support to the Planning and Production functions by coordinating production information, maintaining accurate records, and proactively assisting with the daily execution of production activities. This position plays a key role in keeping work moving by identifying outstanding items, following up across departments and ensuring critical production information is accurate, organized, and available when needed.
The position is expected to operate with a high level of independence. Must be able to recognize priorities, organize their workload and proactively contribute to the success of the Planning and Production departments without requiring continuous direction.
