Job summary

Arrowhead Products Corporation is seeking a production data coordinator to provide vital data and updates for the production system. You will monitor and track parts as they move through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to the next location.

This role collaborates with planning, procurement, engineering and production teams to keep MRP/ERP data clean and accurate, update visual management boards and create shop orders and shippers for customers.

Qualifications

  • High Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track parts through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to the next production location.
  • Coordinate movement of parts through receiving, inspection, warehouse, purchasing and production resources to ensure parts are handled properly and within specifications.
  • Coordinate off-site processing of parts to ensure on-time delivery as required.
  • Work with planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams to ensure MRP/ERP data is clean and accurate.
  • Update and utilize visual management boards to drive results.
  • Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership daily.
  • Assist management with action item updates as required.
  • Create shop orders and shippers for customers.
