Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp in the United States is seeking a manufacturing support professional to facilitate smooth movement of work orders. You will work with Planners, Supervisors, and Production Associates to meet customer request dates and improve production flow.

The role emphasizes ERP transactions (Oracle), run charts, Kanban practices, and Lean manufacturing improvements in a dynamic plant environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, experience in manufacturing, preferably, and 5 years minimum relevant manufacturing experience
• Strong analytic skills, a high degree of Microsoft Excel knowledge is required
• Good organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
• Kanban experience, Oracle software is preferred
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts and Kanban Supply Chains
• Change Agent with ability to drive process improvements
• U.S. Person (for ITAR compliance purposes)

Position Summary

The purpose of this position is to facilitate the smooth movement of work orders throughout the organization. This position will work closely with the Planner, Supervisor, and Production Associates to ensure customer request dates are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Along with those identified below, other duties may be assigned.

• Transacting work orders through our ERP (Oracle) software

Compensation

$22.00-$25.00/hour

Compensation is based on a variety of factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, qualifications, and business considerations.
