Job Overview

PCX is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will support our production lines by managing materials and planning to ensure smooth workflow.

A Day In The Life
  • Assist in developing and maintaining detailed production schedules in collaboration with planning and production teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Coordinate and monitor the flow of materials and components between departments to align with production schedules.
  • Work with production, planning, materials, engineering, and quality teams to maintain the flow of materials to the lines.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve issues related to procurement, delivery, and transportation of materials.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy using SAP to record material movements.
  • Assist the materials team with inventory audits as needed.
  • Promote and demonstrate safe work habits.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving measures.
  • Lead or support other production projects as assigned by the manager.
What Will Help You Thrive in This Role
  • BA/BS in STEM, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience constructing large electrical racks.
  • Experience in warehouse management and inventory control.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experienced with ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
