Production Coordinator - Jersey Village, TX


Staffmark is hiring a Production Coordinator for a global company celebrating over 40 years of success. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments who are proficient in MS Office and Excel and comfortable working with fractions and numbers.



Pay Rate: $18.00/hr


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM



Job Responsibilities:



  • Act as a liaison between sales and production to manage workload, lead time, and scheduling.

  • Review Production Sales Orders and create corresponding production jobs.

  • Receive and process inter-company purchase orders.

  • Perform final production job updates.

  • Assist in maintaining files and records for production-related paperwork.

  • Complete special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Strong data entry, organization, and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.

  • Must be knowledgeable in fractions and numbers.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs as needed.
