MP Systems, an OEM manufacturer serving the CNC industry, is seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support manufacturing operations by managing production orders and ensuring critical documentation is accurate and delivered on time.

You will open and release production orders, close completed orders, print and assemble production packets, distribute work orders to departments, and maintain production forms while collaborating with Production, Planning, Quality, and Engineering.

Summary of Responsibility

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations by managing production orders and ensuring critical production documentation is accurate, organized, and delivered to the appropriate departments on time.

In this role, you will create and close production orders, prepare and print production packets, distribute work orders to manufacturing departents, and create or update production-related documents as needed. You will work closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and Engineering teams to help keep operations running efficiently.
