Job summary

RUSSOS PAYROLL GROUP INC is seeking a reliable Production Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare high-volume meals for senior meal programs and community organizations, using standardized recipes and portion guidelines to guarantee consistency every day.

This is institutional cooking, not restaurant work. You will operate large-volume equipment safely, follow food safety and sanitation standards, keep stations clean, and communicate inventory needs to kitchen management to meet daily

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume institutional kitchen.
• Ability to follow recipes exactly and consistently.
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
