Responsibilities

• Assemble menu items from prepped components following recipe specs and maintain consistent quality.
• Confirm taste, seasoning, and quality before packing; flag deviations promptly.
• Coordinate with Prep and Pack teams on timing and handoffs to ensure smooth production flow.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized workstation; adhere to FIFO for all items.
• Complete opening and closing duties and report shortages or issues to management.
