Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists the Sous Chef and Cook in quality and portion control of product.
• Flexible to work all kitchen areas and maintain sanitation.
• Promotes positive guest relations and handles complaints.
• Prepares production to established standards set by Restaurant Chef.
• Ensure proper labeling, rotation, storage temperature and environment.
• Maintain inventory control of production.
• Uphold health department codes and a safe work environment.
• Work in fast-paced back-of-house and occasional casino floor exposure.
