Stonehill Communities is seeking a Production Cook to join the Dining Services team. You will review menus, follow standardized recipes, bake foods, and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.
You’ll also handle administrative tasks to support daily operations and efficiency. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong verbal and written communication, and ability to complete required in-service training.
As a Production Cook, you are part of the Dining Services team with responsibilities that include reviewing menus, following standardized recipes and required meal plans, baking, following safety and sanitation guidelines, washing and prepping food. Ensuring that food procedures are followed in accordance with established policies. Perform administrative requirements such as completing necessary forms, reports, etc. Other duties as assigned to ensure adequate and operational efficiencies of the organization.

Shift: 1st Shift
Status: Full-Time (60-80 hours per pay period)

This position will be scheduled in 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts. The 8-hour and 10-hour shifts are scheduled every other weekend and every other holiday. The 12-hr shifts are scheduled every third weekend and every other holiday. Holiday pay is at a rate of double time employee's base pay rate.
