Job Description

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking Prod Cook 1 for Barton Creek Resort & Spa. If you love hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences, you'll enjoy working with us.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items as directed and to company standards.
• Inspect all food products for quality.
• Follow storage procedures for food safety.
• Use culinary equipment safely and properly.
• Demonstrate solid cooking skills and techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and standards in walk-in, prep areas, and equipment.
• Attend meetings and trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years culinary experience in a hotel or restaurant.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Knowledge of weights and measures for recipes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements
