Quest Global in Melbourne, FL seeks a seasoned Planning professional to manage supply chain activities, optimize material flow, and ensure on-time manufacturing delivery. You will leverage SAP for planning and inventory management, generate capacity plans, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to mitigate risks.

Success requires strong communication, KPI understanding, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Industry degree in business/operations/supply chain or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a planning role.
• Proficient in SAP planning and shop floor execution.
• Extensive experience in SAP Inventory Management.
• Experience generating and communicating capacity plans.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced MS Office skills (VBA advantageous).
• Understanding of business KPI’s and financial goals.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, and teamwork.
• Knowledge of ACE/6 Sigma manufacturing operations systems.

Aufgaben

• Attend daily Tier review attendance and coordinate with supply chain on escalations.
• Review materials availability and manage LRU BOM/MPS alignment.
• Develop production and kitting plans; release work orders per MPS.
• Manage SAP inventory transactions per processes and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with Production Execution Team for on-time, in-full delivery.
• Perform capacity analyses; identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide updates on delivery misses and root-cause analysis.
• Support SI&OP data input and meetings.
• Mitigate material supply gaps with suppliers and internal teams.
