Our primary focus is ensuring seamless execution on the shop floor by managing order creation and release, material flow, hardware movement between work cells, and close partnership with the Integrated Product Team (IPT). By blending operational precision with cross‑functional collaboration, Production Control supports manufacturing excellence and helps the business achieve its overarching goals.The manufacturing environment requires precision, attention to data, details, and quality. This Production Controller 2 role will support daily operations within a manufacturing and warehouse environment, with primary responsibilities to maintain shop orders and ensure availability for the production and repair of hardware. The selected candidate will expedite the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with the manufacturing schedule on all assigned programs. The position involves processing hardware, organizing contents, and ensuring accurate handling and distribution throughout the facility. The individual will perform data entry and maintain detailed records using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as GOLDesp and SAP.Success in this role requires strong computer proficiency, high level of attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced setting. The position also involves supporting hardware movement using equipment such as pallet jacks and crane hoists, while adhering to all safety protocols.
