Job summary

Ecoplastic America Corporation seeks a motivated Production Control Team Member to support the production area under the Supervisor’s guidance. You will help maintain safety, quality, and delivery targets while contributing to high production efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role involves operating forklift/pallet jacks, moving stock, and assisting in daily operations, with weekends and night shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklift, pallet jacks, and other production equipment.
• 1 year continuous work experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Follow all policies and procedures under supervision.
• Ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions with PPE.
• Willingness to work weekends and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment per safety policies.
• Support Supervisor and Leads in daily operations.
• Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures for quality.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Move stock throughout the plant and campus.
• Assist in ensuring on-time delivery to internal and external customers.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the use and maintenance of production tools and equipment.
• Track departmental performance measures and visual controls.
• Collaborate with teams to improve production effectiveness.
• Maintain professional appearance and courteous conduct.
