Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of leadership experience or three years of manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to operate a computerized management system accurately.
• Strong communication and public speaking for shift meetings and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-shift meetings reinforcing safety, quality, and production metrics.
• Coach team members and provide recognition or corrective action as needed.
• Manage departmental performance measures and report progress to leadership.
• Direct day-to-day operations and assign tasks to team members.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and train personnel on equipment and safety policies.
• Ensure on-time delivery of quality parts to internal and external customers.
