Hyve Solutions is seeking a motivated Production Control Supervisor to join our Las Vegas manufacturing operations team. This role oversees production control activities, coordinates schedules, manages material flow, and ensures on-time customer delivery commitments.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, capable of guiding a team, prioritizing work, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing, production control, planning, scheduling, or related operations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily Production Control activities, including scheduling, work order management, and production execution.
• Lead a team of production control personnel, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management.
• Prioritize and coordinate production schedules based on customer demand, material availability, production capacity, and business objectives.
• Monitor work order progress and collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to address constraints and drive on-time delivery.
• Ensure inventory transactions, production reporting, and system updates are completed accurately and timely.
• Develop staffing plans and schedules to support operational requirements.
• Analyze production data and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support new product introductions and ramp activities through effective planning and execution.
• Drive process improvements that enhance productivity, efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and operational standards.
• Communicate production priorities and status updates with cross-functional teams and leadership.
