Job summary

ATI is seeking a Production Control Specialist in Monroe, NC to coordinate cross-functional activities across Manufacturing, Quality, Labs, Shipping, Technology, Planning and Sales to support revenue and on-time performance. You will chair production meetings, establish work priorities, and resolve deviations to ensure shipments meet customer demands.

Prerequisites include a technical or business degree or 4 years related experience, plus 3 years in production control and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or 4 years related work experience.
3 years of experience in production control.
Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Reprocess batches to support manufacturing.
Establishes work priorities for manufacturing, lab and quality areas.
Resolves product deviations between sales and operations to ensure shipment of product.
Provides support to all involved departments to streamline processes.
Chairs production meetings with cross-functional participants.
Ensures critical orders remain on schedule to meet customer demands.
Provides communication between sales, quality, technical and operations.
Maintains shipment reports for all levels of management.
