NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena seeks a Group Supervisor for Production Control to lead the Production Control, Planning, and Scheduling teams. You will manage work orders, WIP, and material readiness while coordinating with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to meet program milestones.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in production control or logistics, strong analytics, and experience with Oracle MRP/ERP and data visualization tools.

Formación

• Bachelors or Masters with lead experience in manufacturing, production control or logistics.
• Experience leading daily operational tasks in a complex manufacturing/technical environment.
• Strong proficiency with MRP/ERP (Oracle preferred) and shop floor execution systems.
• Ability to collaborate across functional teams and drive execution in a multi‑program environment.
• Strong analytical skills with data manipulation and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Production Control, Planning, and Scheduling operations.
• Oversee work order release, WIP tracking and material staging.
• Maintain master production schedule and ERP/MRP parameters.
• Coordinate cross‑functional logistics with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints.
