Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
• Experience in manufacturing purchasing and inventory management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administrative tasks for the Purchasing and Inventory Control Specialist.
• Print Job Travelers and inspection reports.
• Close completed production jobs in ERP software.
• Schedule jobs for rework or heat-treat-only parts.
• Issue materials using the Material Log.
• Prepare direct labor payroll information.
• Support monthly and year-end inventory activities.
• Distribute and correct timecards in Epicor.
