Job summary

Nippon Seiki North America is seeking a Senior Manager of Production Control & Procurement to ensure on-time production and 100% customer satisfaction. You will lead a team responsible for procuring materials to support demand and maintain inventory targets.

The role requires developing short- and long-term production plans, collaborating across engineering, production, and quality, and driving Lean/JIT initiatives to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years in manufacturing supply chain with leadership experience.
• Experience supervising large teams of direct and indirect reports.
• Knowledge of automotive supply chain requirements and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain activities to meet inventory targets and production plans.
• Develop and mentor leadership; manage budgets; implement lean practices.
