Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in production coordination or manufacturing operations.
• Proven expertise in production planning, scheduling, and control.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily production schedules to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee production control: inventory management, material planning, workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, QA to resolve bottlenecks.
• Track and report KPIs like throughput, efficiency, and downtime.
• Maintain documentation of production orders, work instructions, control logs.
• Implement ERP/MRP systems to improve visibility and traceability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory standards.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices.
• Train and mentor junior staff in production coordination and control procedures.
