Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree, preferably Bachelor's.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent organizer and good communicator.

Responsibilities

• Issue Work Orders and open POs in line with procedures.
• Enter data into the system in a timely manner.
• Produce reports to monitor material and parts availability.
• Establish production priorities with the President and Production Floor Supervisor.
• Act as liaison with vendors/third party manufacturers; track delivery timings.
• Monitor production rates and raw material prices; check inventories.
• Assist in production planning and provide manufacturing information.
• Maintain archives and ensure drawings revisions are up to date.
• Support CEO/President on an as-needed basis.
