Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Production Control, Inventory Control, Manufacturing Operations, Materials Management, or Supply Chain functions.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production reporting transactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Monitor production transactions to ensure material consumption is recorded accurately and on time.
• Investigate and resolve production reporting errors, inventory variances, and consumption discrepancies.
• Validate system transactions against physical production activities and inventory movements.
• Ensure production completions, backflush transactions, scrap reporting, and inventory adjustments are executed according to procedures.
• Identify and address transactional gaps impacting inventory accuracy and planning.
