Job summary

CIRCOR Aerospace & Defense in Warren, MA is seeking a Production Control Coordinator to support planning and operations across the complete production cycle. You will ensure routing, oversee WIP, and maintain real-time visibility from release to shipment while driving improvements to quality and efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, strong analytical skills, ERP experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a manufacturing role or similar production support
• Strong understanding of production planning, workflows, and quality control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to analyze production data and drive improvements
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning tools

Responsibilities

• Assist Planning and Operations to schedule and coordinate products through the full production cycle
• Maintain routing accuracy and visibility to WIP from release to shipment
• Coordinate with planning, shop supervision and purchasing to release jobs
• Ensure materials and tooling are available at work centers per plan
• Communicate with Program Management, Engineering and Quality on status and issues
• Track key production metrics and identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare reports on production status for senior leadership
